Subject: [Ogf-l] Future Versions of OGL nutshell

My first instinct was to say "You can do that anyway, because we don't
claim Mythic Races as a trademark or as Product Identity." The title
isn't designated as OGC, but it's just two common words, so I don't
think it's eligible for conventional copyright protection, is it? I'm
no expert, but I'm not sure why you *couldn't* reference the title.
For the same reason, I can technically reference "Player's Handbook"
(but not "Dungeon Master's Guide) in a work I publish under the OGL.
