That was, actually, my first instinct, too: I looked through MYTHIC RACES, 
didn't see any claim for MYTHIC RACES as a trademark, and started writing 
"in fact, you can do that with MYTHIC RACES because MYTHIC RACES is not 
claimed as a trademark".

But *then* thought: "I bet I'm just missing it." And cut that out of my 
message before sending it, just to be on the safe side.

Of course, if I was actually producing something under the OGL I'd be even 
more conservative.

But, in any case, two big thumbs up on that. I've filed the info away for 
future reference.
