Here's a question: Can a different game company use the generic OGL as part
of the requirement to their own royalty-free trademark license, the way WotC
uses its d20 Trademark License along with OGL?

Or does WotC prefers the OGL be associated with OGC that are compatible with
their d20 System, even unofficially (e.g., OGL-based products)?

Are they aware of this possible scenario?
