The OGL is not now, has never been nor will ever be the SRD. The OGL is a
license which permits people to use other people's copyrighted material
under the terms spelled out in the license. That's all the OGL is, that's
all it ever will be. It is complete and can never be taken out of
existence. Anyone is free to use the OGL as a means of permitting others
to use copyrighted material.

The SRD is merely a group of material which is in the process of being
released under the terms of the license. Even once the SRD is completely
released by Wizards, that will in no way make the OGL better (or worse).
In fact once the SRD is completely released the OGL will be exactly the
same as it is now.
