now *that* i *really* like.  for that matter, the Special Achievment 
award could easily go to some product, long out of print (or at least 
no longer current) based principally on the test of time: ultimately, 
how much has its content actually been reused?

oh, yeah, and previous winners of course ineligible (we don't need 
the D20SRD winning "Best Open System" 10 years in a row, just because 
more people have heard of it than Action! System, or whatever).
