But I find your statements and the existing MM sections at odds with the "safe harbor" concept you tout for the OGL. If I had a vote, it would be to remove the MM sections from the SRD that WotC feels are strongly proprietary, and *slightly* loosen the sections that WotC feels are difficult to defend.
