I never said that. In fact, I dont think they are entirely altruistic. That is moronic. I said dont look at it as a zero sum game. Look at it as win/win. Ryan found a way to both 1. create a great game environment and reward gamers (altrusitic) and 2. help drive sales. I was merely responding to the assertion that once there is a profit motive all other motives are corrupt. That is a fallacy, though a commonly held one.
