Okay, they were easy enough to find online. They're probably in technical violation, yeah. But on the plus side, it doesn't seem to be a break in the spirit of the agreement, they just didn't quite comprehend it. One reason I think they're breaking it down the way they did is because of the way they seem to want to structure things on their website, though with only one skill currently online it's hard to tell. Maybe a quick note explaining the correct method and pointing out how unwieldy things would get if everyone did things the way they think you're supposed to would straighten them out.
