adopters of the OGL concepts sometimes think the OGL means they can start
photocopying and trading all published products. Best to discourage that
right away ...

Faust -- I concur. What I want people to know is that there are options for personal use that are in the bailiwick of "fair use" that might not be considered "fair use" in pro distribution. I also want people to know that, if they are careful, they can publish outside the OGL for some products and do things legally that wouldn't be allowable by the OGL (simultaneously restricting them from other things that would be legal under the OGL).
