First: I am not a lawyer. But I don't think Wizards would have any standing unless it was THEIR OGC that was violated. (And if it were not OGC, but other content instead, they couldn't "enforce the OGL"; but they could sue under copyright law, of course.) When you release material under the OGL, YOU are the licensor for all your original OGC. It's up to you to enforce the license for your works. Martin L. Shoemaker Martin L.
