This analysis assumes you have 10 charges per day.

Pretend it's a staff but use the command word activated costs. All
abilities in a staff are assumed to use one charge. If they use two,
you half the cost of the ability. Price the whole thing like a staff
and it should come out about right. Since 5 charges / day is equal to
unlimited / day and this item only has 1/5 the number of charges of a
staff (but resets every day) that would seem like a wash to me. Or you
might double the cost afterward since it is an auto recharging staff.

Don't forget that the highest cost item (level x caster level x 1800)
is full price and all other abilities are 75% of full and then you
divide by number of charges used.

After that, make a single item out of the most powerful ability and
make sure it still costs the right amount:

1) Circle of Death (4 charges) (6 x 15 x 1800) / 4 = 40500
2) Cloudkill (3 charges) (5 x 15 x 1800 x .75) / 3 = 33750
3) Stinking Cloud (1 charge) (3 x 15 x 1800 x .75) = 60750
= 135000 gp

Circle of Death (2/day) (6 x 15 x 1800 x 2/5) = 64800
Cloud Kill (3/day) = (5 x 15 x 1800 x 3/5) = 81000

Thus since it costs more than each the bare item would cost, it may be
balanced.

I didn't use the 375 mention in staffs because this item recharges each
day, just like a command word item might.

Anyone know a better method?
