[Ogf-l] d20 and Subabilties

Hey all. Hope this doesn't seem presumptuous of me, but my ezine has an article in it regarding d20 and subabilities.

Here's my question: do we need to include the OGL? There isn't really any rule information, more like commentary. Still, I don't want to create any waves or get myself (or anyone else) in trouble.
