games. We never intended it to be pulled apart and used elsewhere - note
that you still can, but you have to contend with the section 15. It is for
the ordinary gamer, probably not the gentlemen on this list.

section 15 very easy on the eye.

I think some of us are asking about your OGC declarations in general, not just your section 15 listings. The two are related, but to some degree, quite separate issues.
One could flub section 15 and have a marvelously clear OGC declaration. One could have no OGC declaration at all and have a perfect Section 15.
If you've got OGC in your product, then both should be unambiguous and up to specifications.
