We are actually saying the same thing.

Maybe my list should be more detailed.

1. Non-OGC (whether designated as PI or not)
2. OGC that is not PI
3. OGC that is PI.

When I say PI is a subset of OGC I guess I am not
entirely being accurate. You can PI stuff that isnt
mixed with OGC. As you can see in my previous example
of OGC designations, I do just that with Necro
tradmarks and logo etc, which are not contained in the
part of the book that I desingate as OGC, but I PI
them anyway. But for the purpose of the "clearly
identify" discussion, there is no need to talk about
the PI that is not mixed with OGC.
