I do have to say that I think the example I gave is the absolute bottom of the rung of compliance. And, though I can envision such a designation being compliant I CERTAINLY DONT WANT TO ENCOURAGE ANYONE TO DO IT THAT WAY! My stating I feel it is compliant is only as part of a hypothetical discussion.
