Yup, the FGA was actually converting everything to DocBook.  The PDF, HTML, and 
MS-Help files (like the Mamoth) that we distributed, were a result of those DocBook 
conversions.
 
We're currently cleaning things up and will hopefully have new versions of all those 
files posted in the coming weeks.
