I'll offer some of my time to do conversions.

I would also suggest doing a version in XML (and maybe DocBook?), for some
of us writing software it would be interesting to be able to access that
right out of the box without having to take the time to put it into a
database, etc.

Yes, in fact, it's a topic that my business partner Steve Milton at I
were discussing just yesterday.

The OGF site averages something close to 5GB of transfer on a monthly
basis. It has served more than 2 million pages this year.

I atrribute this to the fact that (a) there are still unreleased
portions of the basic SRD which are unavailable on WotC's site, and (b)
the OGF pages still include a number of sections of the SRD in plain
HTML which can be indexed by Google.

My plan for the OGF web site for 2003 is pretty simple:

1) I want to update the links for known open gaming licensing projects
so that the site remains a good resource for non-OGL references.

2) I want to re-encode the SRD into plain HTML, and add the d20 Modern
SRD sections as well, and get rid of the RTF links. That should
significantly enhance the utility of the SRD site and continue to draw a
lot of traffic.
