There isn't much there now, as I'm still moving info over from an old site, and tweaking my DocBook stylesheets, but there will soon be HTML, PDF, and MS-Help files of each of the main elements of the SRD (spells, monsters, feats, skills, etc) as well as overall documents for the SRD and d20 Modern. Much like the "Mamoth" documents I produced once upon a time.
Have you seen the Bombshell versions of this stuff? They are already in MS-Help file format.
