<<A large chunk of the text, including the flavor text, for the Everquest
RPG is OGC, but I'm not sure about the race descriptions.

The problem is for me that "elements" of the EQ setting were PI'd, and it's unclear just how much of those descriptions would be considered "thematic elements" of the EQ universe. Clearly proper nouns are easy to pick out, but as for the rest, that's unclear to me.
Since I've never played the EQ MMORPG I can't readily identify things that are purely thematic elements drawn from that universe directly.
As such, I'm a little cautious about using the EQ product for the "flavor text" descriptions -- I've been warned by others in the industry (who shall remain nameless unless they care to chime in) that it's best to tread with caution around anything that looks even vaguely like elements of SONY's EQ setting.
So two questions:
1) anyone else published any OGL products leveraging EQ?
2) any other products that have these type of boilerplate descriptions in OGC form for the core races & classes?
