Nope, been around for over a year now. See: http://openlibrary.org/dev/docs/restful_api. Now the actual data is stored on the back-end as a JSON blob; I can't speak to whether /all/ of the data from the blob gets reported in the RDF (I suspect it does not, for in many instances there is data in the blob that is not identified in the schema definition) but it may be all you need.
