This may be impossible but since I know our users' IP addresses that aren't working, if there was a way to add a "clean" IP to that lookup table, it might help alleviate some immediate issues. Thanks for the report back, it was helpful.
These reports were from the past few days so I'm wondering a little bit if the update last week may have broken something in addition to improving other things.
