In looking over the past 30-50 emails, we've had 6-8 reports of people
who have been using Open Library just fine and then suddenly can't see
any of the lending library books anymore. I have been forwarding all
these emails to Anand when they are reporting a geographical location
and an IP address.

I'm aware this may not be an OL issue (i.e. that ISPs are issuing IP
addresses that don't resolve properly in some way) but I'm wondering
if we can make this process smoother for people. This happened to me a
few weeks ago and I was able to fix it by restarting my modem and
getting a new IP but not everyone can do this. Thoughts?
