7K includes the price for the overdrive unit ( thinks that's about 3K) but

need to know more about the oil restricters.
Hmmmm, 4K is very much on the low side. I wonder what mods they have planned
for your engine.
What would be the alternative?

Can the channels be bored to allow faster flow back to the crank? Is this
an
inherent problem with the Olds 350?
It's an inherent problem with ANY engine when it's modified for high
performance at higher RPM.
Were you serious about getting 600 HP out of your 350? That's 1.7 HP per
cubic inch. That would cost about 30K, at least. 400 HP would cost about
10K, maybe.
