EXACTLY! If any of you keep up with OldsPower.com then you 
know that a lot of the "newbies" think that a GM engine is 
a GM engine and have no idea what sacrilege it is to install 
a Chevy engine into an Oldsmobile. Every one of them has the 
same mindset that it's a GM engine in a GM car so it's 
perfectly OK to do it. They argue that GM has been doing it 
for years, so it's perfectly OK for them to do it. They have 
no knowledge of the history of Oldsmobile and of all the 
separate divisions that made up GM. 
I think this is going to get even worse as time goes by.
