It was a cute idea, but I think on this
model they should have left the option of selecting antenna-down as it would have eliminated a lot of wear! Karen
--------------I agree. I really prefer the separate toggle switch for the power antenna in my '69 98 to the goes up automatically when you turn the radio on style in the newer cars. The option of not trying to raise the antenna when the car is covered with ice is a good thing to have.
