Note that debug packages are not synced from ABF to
mirror.rosalinux.com. So any mirror which is synced from
mirror.rosalinux.com, mirror.rosalab.ru and their successors doesn't
have these packages in any case.
This was implemented several months ago to decrease repository size.

Disable debuginfo package generation, when building rpm for all cooker
repositories.
debug medias takes a lot of data, second for a common user these are
not used at all.
