I sent Colin e-mails with GO vote. Don't know what's been decided.

Personally, I think it's good enough for a go this round, as long as we emphasize that a KDE5 Alpha will come soon.

Not everything has to work. We still have to flesh out the barriers between alpha/beta/rc, and we're just getting to the point where we can safely determine what constitutes what based on manpower.

But your thoughts? Note that once things start working, they shouldn't regress. UEFI wasn't working before, so it's reasonable to have it still malfunctioning this round.

Was there a Go/Nogo determination? If so I missed it.

As you may not have follow TC meetings we decided to go with LXQt
with alpha, because kde4 is well known and it would give bad
impressions that we are lazy, second KF5 is not yet ready even as
alpha, other desktops based on wayland are way to experimental.

LXQt alpha was about to show off great work done on clang switch,
    but now this is lost.

I asked it few times to create some basic QA procedure for
testing ISO, upgrade from previous releases done weekly, and it
never fleshed out. Mostly this looks like some kind of rush
because I have to ping on ML about to test iso and get some
feedback. Robert I suggest to you to start working on QA
procedure of testing, because current situation is highly
    unprofessional.

My frustration has nothing to do here, because I used to this
over last 3 three releases. What really concerns me is that we on
Fosdem will have noting to offer to visitors.

What I should say to visitors who will notice our banner that we
are 100% clang, and they asked for iso?
There are no usb sticks to give away, so idea was to give QR code
    to sf.net <http://sf.net> alpha release.

Speaking of manpower, I bet you have friends who are interested
in Linux, ask them maybe this will help to get new people on board.
