I've tried formulating decent responses to this email, but this email
has become more counter-productive than it has any ability to trigger
meaningful discussion.

One of the most important qualities that a project leader has is that
they have the support of those that they work with, and actively
solicit advice that they provide. Unfortunately, this email has
solidified my belief that you have failed in this regard. Your attacks
on multiple members of the association as well as accusations of
manipulation and deceptive tactics leave me with a sour taste in my
mouth.

I protest. If you try to impede the progress to beta by attempting a
rename, I will fork.
