Joel Halpern of Ericsson is leading the project. I think that suggestions should go to him directly.
In the meantime, when we get a chance, some of the members of the IM Guidelines group will post to ONAP some of the more serious problems with the existing IISOMI guidelines. This is why we are reworking the guidelines in the first place.
