[Winona Online Democracy]
I am very concerned about the drug and alcohol use in our community.
Approximately 80% of the calls coming in to our police department are drug
or alcohol related. We need to enforce, educate and have treatment for
those that want it and need it. City is doing what it can but we need input
and help from all segments of our community. Any ideas???---Jerry Miller
