Why is it that we, "our current society", apply such a strict standard to
tobacco and not alcohol?  Both are obviously hazardous to the individual as
well as others close by, whether that be a stranger or family.

For example, a person can not legally purchase, sell of consume alcohol 
before age 21. 
A business needs a license to sell alcohol, correct me if i am wrong, but i 
don't belive that a license is required to sell smokes.
And when is the last time you heard of a driver arrested for driving under 
the influance of cigaretts?
