What a twit. Yeah sure lay on the trak.
In case you did not understand...
DM & E must submit their plans for approval, correct?! Unless I'm mistaken,
can't we get a look at the plan before it is actually approved? If they
wish to ignore thing that concern Winonans, then a bigger fuss should be
made about it.
Besides I WAS trying to say that expansion of the DM&E might be a good thing
for Winona, if it is done corectly. And I'm suspisious about the title
"Citizens Concerned About the Coal Trains". Some people get "concerned"
confused with the word "against".
Lay on the tracks, thats a bright idea. Besides, I would rather be in a
court room.
Another thing is, I do wish I could go to that meeting, but I work second
shift at a plant that takes advantage of rail roads. And I think a lot of
other people in Winona work at similar places.
