[Winona Online Democracy]
One question for Mr. Dooley (and others):
With the city of Winona effectivly biseceted by railroad tracks just how many
times a day, and for how long are we willing to half approximatly half the
city cut off from the hospital and it's emergency servies for the potential
"benefits" of the increased train traffic?
