These little espionage cat and mouse games are not uncommon. Usually, the pilots from each nation will try to intimidate those from the other by flying as close as they can to the other's plane. There's no way to know from the sketchy details >whose plane was the cause. Do you really believe that a lumbering prop driven plane can cause an accident with a high performance jet fighter? I heard a pilot of one of these aircraft state that it was probably flying at about 200 mph at the time of the collision. There is doubt about whether or not the collision was intentional. There is no doubt about which plane caused it.
