I updated the download to incorporate Rick's suggestions.

As a reminder to everyone. this is an experiment on replacing the railroad
diagrams we have used in the past for syntax with something a little
cleaner.

I would really like to hear from others concerning their likes/dislikes
about this alternative. And any suggestions they may have for improvements.

I think that looks nice and clean.  I think for things with multiple
choices, we should nest the same list style with each option listed
and described.
