Good. I just committed a small change to the ooDialog build that should be
a permanent fix.
For NSIS, there are 2 plugins that have to be added to you NSIS
installation. They are listed at the very end of the windows-build.txt
file.

I'm not sure what that means "an export" For the permanent fix I just
checked in, you would need to pick up those changes.
