No, it is not looking in a specific place. Isn't the message actually:
killer rxapi
The process "rxapi.exe" was not found.
killer is found fine, but killer can not find rxapi.exe. This is from some
security enhancement added since I wrote killer, I believe. Your building
on Windows 7 I think.
Anyhow, I don't see that it makes any difference in the build and I build
the Windows package a lot for myself.
I should look at the killer code again, but it hasn't seemed pressing to
me. I think you can just ignore it for now.
