I think you have to download from Sourceforge nowadays.

So what is the point of   http://www.oorexx.org/download.html ?  That's what
both RexxLA and google take you to (e.g., search on: oorexx download).
 
I have used Sourceforge -- but it gets more obscure every time one visits it;
endless clicks to find anything.  One can hardly expect 'everyday users' to
download software from there.   Perhaps the intent is to discourage 'everyday
users'?  :-)

You must have missed two, 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.  Unless there is a bug introduced in
parse version.
