You must have missed two, 4.1.2 and 4.1.3.  Unless there is a bug introduced in
parse version.

I have no way of doing anything with RexxLa sites.   
 
Not a problem .. the RexxLA site points to oorexx.org which in turn sports the
page linked above.   But that clearly states the current release is 4.1.1.

SourceForge is what is hosting the ooRexx. project.  It is the only place that I
personally can make sure things are up to date.  The latest official releases
are only available from SourceForge. 
 
Sourceforge is not really not usable for most 'average' users.  There's little
point in putting software there if you want it to be widely accessible.
