Dear Rick, I fear that will be very difficult, Apple have removed the possibility to generate such installers so using Cmake I do not think that can ever work. I have tried for a long time and to my knowledge that is not doable. I hope someone with more knowledge on Cmake can prove me wrong.
Personally I do not think the feature of having a pkg installer created every night is a show stopper.
