Hi P.O.,
I saw new uploads of the Release Candidate documents so I tried
downloading the reexxref_html zip file to have a look. Although it
downloads some 5.3Mb, when I attempt to look inside the downloaded file
or extract all the pieces, I see an empty folder! I'm on Windows 10 if
that matters.

For information the “official” building of the documentation is done on macOS
nowadays, I retired the building on Windows some time ago.
