I am reading this (on macOS) checking the version of the default zipper (macOS
uses zip 3.0)
BUGS
zip 3.0 is not compatible with PKUNZIP 1.10. Use zip 1.1 to produce zip
files which can be extracted by PKUNZIP 1.10.
Are you by any chance using pkzip/pkunzip? What is the default Win zipper?
