I don't want to presume to much, but svn seems to be setup on duskglow already, if Russell doesn't mind, and the load isn't to much, how about that instead? svn shouldn't be a too steep learning curve for people familiar with cvs. Alternatively, if cvs is to be prefered, how about freedesktop.org?
