  This might be a bit of a problem.

  From what I've seen so far, the design is already based on
the 3s2000 and will possibly move to the 3s4000.

  The largest device currently supported by the Xilinx WebPACK
is the 3s1500. So unless you have access to a licensed version
of the Xilinx development tools, there is no way to generate
code for the FPGA.

  On the bright side, the WebPACK software is reported to run on
Wine.
