I'm assuming that, being a member of the PCI SIG, if I have an extra legitimate copy of the PCI spec, that I can lend it out to someone. I can't imagine copyright law saying otherwise. Anyhow, is there anyone with a sufficient background in chip design who is also a good nit-picker who would be willing to look at the PCI core I've been working on and critique it?
