You've got some great suggestions, but let's not overwhelm Lourens. When I was learning web programming, I would get advice from my wife, who had studied usability and has a general talent for these things. I was most effective and enjoyed the work most when I received one or only a few suggestions at a time (even when some of those required making changes to every page). If the things you've suggested, which ones do you think would be best to tackle first?
