This is the dumb framebuffer version. X11 works, but no drawing engine.
- OGA, phase IV, look like the ASIC version.
This is both a 4-wide 2D blt engine and a 2-wide 3D engine.
- So what is phase III ? a semi custom design based on FPGA array ?
