Some of them are a bit harsh, but if we don't read the criticism how will we improve? Is there a way to send a PM to a slashdot user? There are two or three we should try to recruit. The "it costs too much", the "why PCI-X instead of PCIe", the "it can't compete with ATI" and the "crappy wintel development tools" were expected, along with the usual problem of people that completely misunderstand. I wasn't expecting the "there are better and cheaper FPGA boards", as we've been told that this is a "cheap" FPGA board. So, FPGA wizards, is this a valid criticism? If so, what do we do about it? If not, how can we set the record straight? I didn't see a single "I'm going to buy one". :-( The lack of "I for one welcome our FPGA overloads" is curious. :-) _______________________________________________ Open-graphics mailing list [email protected] http://lists.duskglow.com/mailman/listinfo/open-graphics List service provided by Duskglow Consulting, LLC (www.duskglow.com)
