Just a (semi-) random question, does the card have a CE stamp and it
is tested for EMC and such?

CE and all other certificates in europe work in the way that
you have to let the product get tested yourself and make a certificate
yourself. This means if you are 100% sure that you are
conforming to the various standards and regulations, than
you can just make the stamp on it without testing. As long
as nobody complains this is ok. If someone complains you
have to produce test results for the product.

Yep. Testing however can be a little expensive so I was wondering if this has been done. Note that this marking is mandatory when selling products in the "European Economic Area" and testing has to be done before you put the mark on your product, so if somebody asks for it, you have to be able to give the results to them immediately, not in a few weeks while you get your stuff tested.

Just mentioning this because it should be added to the product page. Makes it clear that this product can be sold in Europe.
Since the card is identified as a prototype many obligation are not present the radiation emition(ce mark) test isn't obligatory, I think. Also there isn't any obligation to be pb-free if I remember right.
