How PCI works is a collection of facts. You can't copyright facts. Basically what he did was write a skeleton DDX that points X11's software renderer at our framebuffer. I don't see how discussing a very related open hardware project on this list would be off topic or hurt the OGP in any way, and if it WERE to be a problem, we would discuss it and work it out like professionals. There have been points in the past where total traffic got to be too much, and we asked for specific discussions to be forked off onto other lists, but that's not happening here. Plus there's going to be a fair amount of direct sharing between ProjectVGA and OGP, which makes it particularly on-topic.
